The barn at Eberley Brooks is one of the most unique and largest timber frame buildings in West Texas.
Reminiscent of a past era this barn is constructed completely out of Douglas Fir timbers using the timeless technique of a mortis & tenon joinery. The exposed timber frame is complimented with rough-sewn white washed barn wood walls that create a delicate and elegant interior.
A double wrought iron door leads you into the foyer where you are greeted with 12’ ceiling and hand crafted wrought iron chandelier. The gracious men’s and women’s restrooms are accessed from here as well as a
separate handicap / family restroom.
The groom’s room is located off of the foyer. This “man cave” is the perfect waiting area for the gentlemen as
they prepare for the big event. With a flat screen t.v., game table, under counter refrigerator and plenty of prep room there will be no excuses for not being ready on time.
The Bride’s preparation room is located on the opposite side of the foyer. It is eloquently appointed with crystal chandeliers, wall sconces, plush seating, and full-length mirrors. A zoned heating and air conditioning system will help keep you comfortable while you prepare for your big day. The bride’s dressing room and vanity area is separate from the bridesmaid’s vanities to allow ample room for your preparation. A private bathroom is also included in the Bride’s Room for your convenience.
Two 10’ tall barn doors separate the foyer from the grand space of the barn. And a GRAND space it is with 26’ tall timber beams and trusses that form a center aisle that any bride would die with envy to walk down. Wrought–iron and crystal chandeliers provide a soft glow for your guest while designated stage lighting keeps the focus on you. A brick and stone fireplace is located in the front corner of the room while a full service bar is located in the back corner of the room. Four 12’ wide glass sliding door units open to allow your guests easy access to The Pond while providing lots of natural light into the barn.
A staircase with wrought-iron balusters and railing lead to The Loft. The balcony area provides an excellent area for photos and decorating. A full service kitchen with private caterers’ entrance is also located at the back of the grand space.
With over 9600 sq ft. and 1500 sq ft. patio The Barn can accommodate almost any event with a seating capacity of up to 400 guests.
Your guests will sit comfortably in wood chairs with white padded seats. Round tables with white linen table cloths will provide a nice conversational arrangement.
