  • Personal On-Site Event Coordinator:
    •  A Meeting 2-3 weeks prior to the wedding will be scheduled with the coordinator who will be handling your event. At that meeting we will discuss the timeline, vendors, musics as well as any other wishes and desires you and your fiancé have arranged to make certain all of the details are lined out. Please remember your “day of” coordinator only coordinates the day of your event. If you want someone to coordinate your entire event from the very first steps of the process to completion please contact us for more information.

      • Wedding Day Coordination and Oversight
  • A list of well-known and dependable vendors, including o florist, officiates, cake designers, photographers, DJ’s, and other entertainment. Our preferred vendor list only exists to further serve our brides in their decision process. These are vendors who we have carefully selected due to their ability to provide the high standard of service we value, but it is your choice to hire them or not. 
  • Exclusive complimentary access to property for photographic use by appointment.
  • Use of Great Room for a Bridal Brunch day of wedding if scheduling permits. Up to 30 Guest for 2 hours.
  • Use of 1954 GMC Truck, custom made flower cart, and  1800’s buckboard wagon.
  • Luxe Location includes a temperature controlled, 10,000 sq. ft. barn (300 max guest capacity) for an indoor ceremony and reception year round. Elegantly decorated with crystal chandeliers, draped linens, mirrors, and more combined with numerous “one of a kind” antiques, natural wood architecture, rustic lighting and décor throughout. Our facility carries a promise to please even the pickiest of couples! Sophisticated multi-stall Ladies Room and sitting area. Stylish Gentleman’s room with multi-stalls and unique décor that will tempt even the ladies to take a quick peek, and a private handicap accessible restroom with a custom built changing table.
  • Large Outdoor Patio includes fireplace, gorgeous pond with water future and patio tables and chairs
  • Elegant Bridal Suite with beautiful vanities and chairs, private restroom, changing room, and a luxury seating area.
  • Grooms “Man Cave”  – This “man cave” is the perfect waiting area for the gentlemen as they prepare for the big event.  With a flat screen t.v., game table, undercounter refrigerator and plenty of prep room there will be no excuses for not being ready on time
  • 60” Round, 8’ Rectangular, and Pub Style tables and white wooden padded chairs for up to 300 guests are provided (additional charge for over 300 guests)
  • Various tables to accommodate the cakes, sparkles, or a table for the unity candle.
  • Eloquent white linens
  • Staff sets ups and breaks down tables and chairs
  • Attendants will assist with parking directs guests to appropriate entrance, secures doors during ceremony (additional Security Guard required by law for larger parties when alcohol is served and will be included with your alcohol package)

  • Audio/Visual Package: includes handheld mics, indoor/outdoor speakers throughout facility, state-of-the-art sound system, 75 inch monitor, HDMI, wifi audio, and MORE!
