Base Package — Up to 400 guests

Includes personal, on-site “day of” Event Coordinator, temperature controlled, 10,000 sq. ft. timber frame barn, large outdoor patio with fire pit and pond, elegant bridal suite with private bathroom, Groom “Man Cave” with TV, tables, wooden chairs, floor-length table linens for up to 400 guests. Unique cake tables, caterers prep kitchen, list of reputable vendors, access to property for photography by appointment, attendants who assist with parking, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, event insurance, trained sound technician to help with ceremony, and more...

Event Design Package — Up to 400 guests + Event Design

Our desire is to create your dream wedding by understanding your style and who you are as a couple. Allow us the opportunity to design the perfect event while working with your florist, our decorations, and any detail large or small. Included in this package is set up and tear down of decor, 5 chalkboard signs for menu, bar, welcome, social media, and send off, and any table top decor in our Design Studio. We will also incorporate any of your personal items into the overall design.

Full Coordination Package — Up to 400 guests + Event Design + Full Coordination

Full service event planning package complete with vendor selection, contract negotiation and management of wedding day. In this package, we coordinate every detail of the wedding, so each moment of the wedding is stress free and executed flawlessly. Just Say “Yes!” We will do the rest!

Personal on-site “day of” Event Coordinator, the bridal sitting room (NO Bridal Suite or changing rooms available), tables, wooden chairs, and floor-length table linens for 50 guests MAX, list of reputable vendors, access to property for photography by appointment,, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, event insurance, trained sound technician to help with ceremony, Beer and Wine ONLY.

Bridal Sitting room available. Bridal suite and changing rooms not included.
