Additional Rentals at Eberley Brooks

One of the best parts of booking at Eberley Brooks is the additional rentals. Both the Event Design and Full Coordination Packages include additional rentals. For the Base package, additional rentals are an additional charge.

Here are the additional rentals available at Eberley Brooks!

Drapes (up to 4):

We have 4 beautiful white drapes you can use in the barn. Use them on all 4 interior columns or the stage. It is sure to make your wedding beautiful. You can look through our social media or glance at the look books at our office for ideas on how to hang the drapes. Price per column.

EBE Greenery:

3 panels of faux intermixed greenery installed at your ceremony site. This is a perfect way to save some money and only buy flowers to add to our greenery. Perfect on the Barn doors, in the Salle de David, and on both of our outdoor ceremony arches.

S'mores Bar:

Do you love S'mores? We have the perfect additional rental for you. Our beautiful rustic white cart comes stocked with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate, roasting sticks, and 2 burners. The indoors'mores are sure to make your guest happy.

Popcorn Bar: 

Do you love popcorn? Do you want something fun to eat at your wedding? The popcorn bar comes with 5 wooden crates, a whiskey barrel table, and 4 scoops. Have fun popcorn-like jalapeño, cheddar, Oreo, blueberry, etc. This Is great to have during your reception and grabbing on the way out the door. We don't provide the popcorn but can point you to the best popcorn places in Lubbock.

Candy Bar:

Do you love candy? Are you not doing a groom's cake? This is the perfect additional rental for you. We provide up to 10 beautiful glass pieces, serving utensils, spoons, and tongs. This is a great way to use the bar top if you aren't serving alcohol. Your guest will love filling up cups of candy to eat with their cake. It's also great for you and your husband to snack on after leaving the wedding. Candy is not included.

Donut Wall:

We have the perfect wooden donut wall for you. Professionally made this donut wall hold up to 23 donuts! Although we do not provide the donuts, we can direct you to the perfect donut shops. This is a great photo op for your guest and a super yummy treat for them as well.

Yard Games:

Do you or your guest love playing yard games? Eberley Brooks has oversized: Dominoes, Jenga, Blanket Checkers, 2 sets of cornhole, and Ring toss. This is great for any reception especially cocktail hours when the guest are waiting on you to finish up pictures. Our yard games are available at the Barn and the Salle de David.

Propane Heaters

Is your reception inside/outside? Is the weather going to be cool? We have tall propane heaters perfect for the patio. This way your guest can stay outside and still hang out outside.

Uplighting:

Do you want your reception to be a party? Are you wanting to get down and groovy? Uplighting is perfect for your reception. 10 LED wall washers, programmable, and set to your color preference. These are sure to start your party and keep it going! It also provides fun pictures on the dance floor.

Kid's Package:

Do you have a lot of kids coming to your wedding? We have the perfect kids package. 2 kids tables with 8 chairs. It also includes butcher paper and crayons. Ask your kid guest to leave your notes or draw you and your new husband pictures! It can be a great memory to keep from your reception.

LED Lighting:

Do you want your wedding to look like it came out of a fairytale? Do you love fairytale lights? LED lighting is perfect for your wedding. We can hang these "fairytale" lightings with your drapes either on the columns or on the Barn stage. These will truly make your fairytale wedding come to life.

Table Cloth Overlays:

Do you want to add a pop of color to your reception tables? We have an array of cloth overlays you can choose from. Whether it be colored, sequined, or lace. We have seen brides use cloth overlays to spice up their receptions tables or make their sweetheart table pop. Overlays vary in price.

Linen Napkins:

Eberley Brooks has white linen napkins available with every package. If you would like colored napkins we have an array of options. Linens come from Texas Linens and are folded to your liking. This is a great way to make your reception tables pop. Napkins are 40 cents each.

Frozen Drink Machine:

Do you love frozen drinks? Do you want something fun to add to your bar? Eberley Brooks has a frozen drink machine we can do almost anything with. We have original Margarita Mix, Strawberry Daiquiri, Pina Colada, and Caribbean Cocktail available. We can also do frozen Jack and Coke. All you do is provide the alcohol and we provide the mix!

Early Entry:

Are you worried about having enough time to get ready? Do you have a lot of bridesmaids? This is perfect for you. You will have access to the bridal suite and groom's suite at 8 am! This is only available for the Barn.
