Sage Chapel ONLY — Up to 200 guests

Whether you're having your reception in your own backyard, skipping the reception, or have other plans, you can still book the best West Texas wedding venue for your ceremony only. Max of 200 people including wedding party. Includes use of Sage Chapel for three hours, Ceremony Coordinator, trained sound technicians for ceremony music, and use of Chapel for engagements or bridal portraits by appointment only. Bridal Sitting room available. Bridal suite and changing rooms not included.

Base Package — Up to 50 guests

Looking to celebrate your wedding with only your closest friends and family? Our up to 50 guest package gives you options detail planning and event design, while keeping your guest list manageable. Includes use of our Lubbock wedding chapel, the Sage Chapel, for ceremony and pictures only for three hours, as well as use of the Great Room and Courtyard for 50 guests MAX for three hours. Personal on-site day of Event Coordinator, the bridal sitting room (NO Bridal Suite or changing rooms available), tables, wooden chairs, and floor-length table linens for 50 guests MAX, list of reputable vendors, access to property for photography by appointment, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, event insurance, trained sound technician to help with ceremony, beer and wine ONLY.

Event Design Package — Up to 50 guests + Event Design

Our event design team will create your dream wedding by understanding your style and who you are as a couple. Allow us to manage the details, planning, and even design while working with your florist and our decorations. Included in this package is set up and tear down of decor, 5 chalkboard signs for menu, bar, welcome, social media, and send off, and any table top decor in our Design Studio. We will also incorporate any of your personal items into the overall design.

Full Coordination Package — Up to 50 guests + Event Design + Full Coordination

Our Lubbock based wedding planners will oversee every detail of your full service event planning package, complete with vendor selection, contract negotiation and management of wedding day. In this package, we coordinate every detail of your indoor or outdoor West Texas wedding, so each moment of the wedding is stress free and executed flawlessly. Just say “Yes!” We will do the rest!
