The Barn
The Barn at Eberley Brooks is the place for your West Texas barn wedding, Christmas party, or corporate event. The unique timber framed, building is reminiscent of a past era. The Barn is constructed completely out of Douglas Fir timbers using the timeless mortise & tenon joinery technique. The exposed timber frame is complemented by white-washed wood walls, creating an elegant interior. The outdoor area, included with The Barn, is comprised of a 1500 square foot patio with a fire pit and outdoor bar. Your guests can explore 2 acres of beautifully landscaped property, including a large pond with fountain, trees, and garden.
The Perfect Setting For Any Lubbock Event
As a premier event center, the Barn includes a catering kitchen with private caterers’ entrance. In the bridal suite, two crystal chandeliers, individual vanities, and a private restroom provide the perfect backdrop of any Lubbock wedding photographer to capture you and your bridesmaids preparing for the wedding. The groom suite has a rustic design and includes a TV, poker chips, and mini-fridge. The Barn can accommodate up to 400 guests with an interior over 9,600 sq. ft.

The Chapel
The Sage Chapel has classic, clean lines and bright white siding and contrasting accents. This Lubbock wedding chapel venue is what you imagine a church wedding can look like. The 115-year-old stained glass gothic windows, reclaimed from a St. Elmo, Illinois church built in 1904, are the centerpiece of this timeless building. The cathedral ceiling, wood trusses, and natural lighting make for dramatic pictures. Wrought iron doors, hardware, and chandeliers add traditional and ageless details.
The Perfect Place in Lubbock To Say 'I Do'
Wood floors and 100-year-old pine pews, reclaimed from a 1920’s church in the Texas Hill Country, complete the authentic chapel look. This country wedding chapel in Texas hosts up to 200 guests.

The Salle
Salle de David is a French countryside inspired building that creates an ideal venue for your Lubbock wedding reception or special event. Tall ceilings, arches, and brick and wood accents add a special charm and create a fun and festive atmosphere. A full size antique bar provides space for all your beverage needs. Three sets of patio doors lead out to one of the best outdoor wedding venues in West Texas. The large, covered porch lets your guests sit outside and enjoy the Jardin.
The Jardin, French for garden, rests between Salle de David and Sage Chapel and connects your reception to the elevated outdoor wedding site. The outdoor jardin is lushly landscaped with stone outcroppings, retaining walls, and a three-tiered fountain. A brick and wrought iron fence define the space to create a secluded area for you and your guests to enjoy. Even in winter, the jardin creates a dramatic and memorable landscape.

The Great Room
The Great Room & Courtyard at Eberley Brooks is an eloquent and intimate venue with a designer kitchen, stone fireplace, and timber vaulted ceilings. With a few graduation party favors and decorations, this setup is perfect for a Texas Tech graduation party away from home. The size and features of these spaces are also ideal for a baby shower in Lubbock or hosting a corporate event.
The Perfect Place For West Texas Get Together
This space also features a terraced courtyard and fire pit and has a capacity of up to 50 guests.
