Meet Olivia!

Hi, my name is Olivia and I am one of the new event coordinators here at Eberley Brooks. I am currently finishing up my degree in Hospitality Management and will graduate in December. I am originally from Plano, Tx outside of Dallas, but have come to love Lubbock. I first learned about Eberley Brooks from volunteering at a Frenship ISD event that happened to be at Eberley Brooks. I knew from the moment I first stepped foot into EB that I wanted to a) get married there or b) work there. Crazy enough almost exactly 2 years later I got a job as an event coordinator at Eberley Brooks.
One thing you should know about me is that I have a one-year-old mini Dachshund that I am absolutely in love with. Most days I refer to him as my son and I refer to myself as his mom. He is one crazy little boy who loves to be social and keep me on my toes. He loves snuggles and kisses. I also love traveling and exploring new countries. I grew up with parents that loved wine and decided to take a couple of classes at Tech on wine tourism and marketing. I love a great glass of wine, especially on girl's night.
I am so excited to take on this new chapter of my life. God has closed so many doors that have led to the most unexpected, but amazing doors to be opened. I love planning and I am a detail-oriented person. Weddings can be so fun and stressful at times, but I am here to make it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
